Introduction

The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and INTERTRADE ENTERPRISES LTD (hereafter referred to as We) and both parties accept these conditions unreservedly. These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and INTERTRADE as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.

Prices

All EUR and USD prices displayed on our site are exclusive of VAT (for export out of Switzerland). All prices given in CHF include Swiss VAT.

We provide you with the following possible ways of placing your order:

- by telephone, through our customer service desk
- by fax

Payment options

Online payment via major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amexco by means of a secure payment system (your card is charged at the day of your order for security reasons). We use one of the most reliable secure payment systems available on the Internet: the SSL protocol. (For more information, visit: www.ssl.com), operated by SAFERPAY (see www.saferpay.com). All of your personal details are protected and encrypted before they are sent for processing. Bank transfer payment: INTERTRADE offers the opportunity to pay by bank transfer. Please note that Bank transfers from abroad will only be accepted if the additional transfer costs are paid by the customer. Your payment will be processed when your bank transfer is received. Once your payment received we will dispatch your license. The processing of off-line payments may take several days.

Delivery

Your license will be sent by email only. There is no CD or manual hardcopy available. You will get our invoice in pdf format, containing your license code.

Installation

Your downloaded trial copy can be changed to a full version using the provided license code.

Updates

Normally all updates can be downloaded for free.

Returning the license code

There is no refund for licenses. Please test the software before sending you order.

Legislation

This contract shall come under Swiss law. We cannot be held liable for any kind of damages, material, immaterial or corporal, that arise as a result of the malfunctioning or misuse of our software. The same shall apply where any alterations are made to products by their manufacturers. Our liability shall, in any case, be limited to the setting up of the order and we may not be held liable in the event of simple errors or omissions which may occur in spite of all the precautions taken in presenting our product. In the event of a dispute, our customer services division is at your disposal with the aim of reaching the fairest, amicable settlement. Failing this, the Court in Zug/Switzerland shall be the only court with jurisdiction to rule on such disputes, regardless of the place of delivery or accepted method of payment.
